Certified professionals also use the Growth Leader Assessment Suite to increase leadership capacity, and reduce leadership risk, across a business. Team Certification
This 8-hour virtual program equips talent professionals to assess and build team effectiveness and collective capacity in leadership or other teams. The program includes interpreting and facilitating team coaching and workshops with the following:
Team Dynamics - Consolidates team members' Growth Leader Assessment data to improve team dynamics, communications, and skills.
Team Alignment - Assesses and improves drivers of team performance to ensure teams address issues hampering effectiveness.
Once certified, talent professionals are given their own workspace to securely purchase and administer assessments online, view data and reports, and leverage an AI talent agents trained by PhD level industrial and organizational psychologists to convert individual, team and organizational data into deep insights and plans for action.
