In this 1-day workshop, you will learn how to facilitate a Growth Leader Team Workshop to help teams better communicate, understand the roles they play on the team, and use this to improve collaboration and performance. This session takes you through a mini-team workshop and then focuses on how to facilitate the workshop to maintain engagement and accelerate team action planning.
