Growth Leader Discovery Certification
In this 8 hour workshop, you will learn how to facilitate Discovery Sessions to help leaders gain insights about their growth capabilities. This session helps you interpret the Growth Leader Assessment and Growth Leader 360 reports and make connections across capabilities. More importantly, it helps you turn insight into action and development through the Adaptive Development Plan.

In this 1-day workshop, you will learn how to facilitate Team Discovery Sessions to help leaders and teams gain insights about their team dynamics and capabilities. This session helps you interpret the Growth Leader Team and Team Alignment reports and helps you make connections between the reports and team dynamics, psychological safety, and inclusion. Growth Leader Team Facilitator
In this 1-day workshop, you will learn how to facilitate a Growth Leader Team Workshop to help teams better communicate, understand the roles they play on the team, and use this to improve collaboration and performance. This session takes you through a mini-team workshop and then focuses on how to facilitate the workshop to maintain engagement and accelerate team action planning. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to assess and select great candidates and engage stakeholders. This session helps you set up a job profile, interpret assessment results and identify candidate risks.
