Alison Eyring, PhD, is the Chairwoman of the Board of Organisation Solutions. She has worked closely with senior executives in companies such as American Express, De Beers, Four Seasons, J&J, Microsoft, Prudential and Shell over the past 25 years. A global thought leader on building organisational capacity for growth, she is Adjunct Associate Professor at the NUS Business School. Alison is the author of Pacing For Growth: Why Intelligent Restraint Drives Long-term Success, Berrett-Koehler 2017.
Dr. James Eyring is the Chief Executive Officer of Organisation Solutions and leads the global consulting practice. In addition, he specialises in leadership and talent management and works with companies and executives to build capabilities they need to fuel future growth. As part of his role, he provides coaching to global and top regional leaders.
In a rapidly growing market, businesses fall behind and fail if they do not hire and develop people fast enough.
