We wanted to meet our client’s needs whilst also maintaining the high quality of our own approach to coaching.
To do this, we first designed coaching interventions that met the basic layout and hourly needs for our client. One of their levels of intervention was so small that we recommended the client only use it to provide 360 or assessment feedback.
We then worked with the client to adapt some of our tools to their structure to ensure we had the best development methodology available.
We reviewed our coaches with them to ensure they all met our client’s standards and then introduced this to their broader organisation.
