Tomas is a world-renowned expert on personality organisational psychologist, he currently serves a professor of business psychology at University College London and Columbia University as well as Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower.
Tomas asks why if women score better than men on leadership assessments, then why are there so few women in leadership positions. He puts forward the view that organisations are unable to distinguish between confidence and competence and that it reinforces the glass ceiling that women face.
