Approach

Our client wanted an integrated development programme that served the needs of leaders at different levels. They wanted to develop their newer managers to better lead teams and prepare them for increasing job demands. At the same time, they wanted to develop more experienced managers to have better influence across the organization and have greater strategic impact.
