Approach

The oil company wanted a bespoke programme to help their leaders inspire their teams, increase agility, and raise standards within the organisation.

Our bespoke Leading to Win programme included:

  1. A custom 360°

    Our client asked to measure four capabilities they wanted to drive throughout the organisation.

  2. Workshops

    The programme was bookended by workshops to build targeted capabilities.

  3. Action Learning Experiences

    Leaders designed on-the-job action learning experiences in the workshop to improve their team's capabilities and deliver job results.

  4. Coaching Support

    Light coaching support was provided throughout the programme and was ultimately extended to continue after the programme.

Results

Our Leading to Win programme delivered results. Leaders improved in targeted skill areas and delivered projects and improved team capabilities.

  • Capabilities Increased 113%-120% in 7 Months. Pre- and post-360 surveys indicated that the leaders improved the four targeted capabilities by 113% in less than 7 months. Capabilities to address performance issues improved by over 120%.

  • Action Learning Experiences Delivered. All projects were delivered. One leader increased safety and decreased risks in operations across three continents. Another dramatically increased engagement scores in his organisation.
